Place an Order – To order an item, select the quantity that you want and click on the Add to Cart button. The item(s) will then be added to your cart.
Viewing Your Cart – You can view the items in your cart at any time, simply by clicking on the View Cart button. This will take you right to your cart and from there you can edit or remove items if needed.
Checking Out – When you are ready to check out, simply click on View Cart and click the Continue to Checkout button. Follow the steps from there.

Payment – We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal or money orders. If you are paying via money order please complete the checkout process so you have an invoice to enclose with your payment. Primitive Hodge Podge must receive a money order payment within 4-5 days or the order will be cancelled.
Sales Tax – Texas residents will have 8.25% sales tax added to their orders.

Refunds or Returns – At this time, we are unable to accept returns.
Shipping Rates – We have set flat rates for shipping based on your order total. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. US customers can look at the rates below to determine your shipping costs.
$0 - $15.00 = $6.99
$15.01 - $30.00 = $8.99
$30.01 - $45.00 = $10.99
$45.01 - $60.00 = $12.99
$60.01 - $75.00 = $14.99
$75.01 - $100.00 = $16.99
$100.01 - $125.00 = $19.99
$125.01 - $150.00 = $22.99
Over $150.01 = 20% of total

Insurance – Insurance is extra but is highly recommended. We recommend you purchase it to protect any size package. Once it leaves our hands, we cannot be responsible for the handling of your packages once placed in the hands of the postal service.

Up to $50.00 is $1.65
$50.01 to $100.00 is $2.05
$100.01 to $200.00 is $2.45
